Stephanie Shellman, Executive Director
Stephanie Shellman has over 20 years professional experience in the financial services industry in the US as well as in other countries. Before founding AspenInvest, she held senior management positions in ING Bank (Uruguay) and prior, worked for BankBoston. She holds a liberal arts degree from Wellesley College in the U.S. and has done management course work at INSEAD (France) and Tilburg University, Holland. Ms. Shellman was born in Aspen, Colorado, but has made Uruguay her home since 1990.

Gabriela Lema, Risk Management Services
Gabriela Lema has over 10 years professional experience in the financial services industry. Prior to AspenInvest, she was Credit and Trading Risk Manager at ING Bank (Uruguay) and prior to that worked for Chase Manhattan Overseas Corp. (Uruguay). Ms. Lema holds an accounting degree from the Universidad de La República de Uruguay.
